October 2008 Bridge of Orchy.Route :
bridge of orchy via gleann ach'-innis chaileinm, alt kinglass, and the beallach between Beinn Dorain and beinn an dothaidh.

We started this walk at 10:30 am.There were only 3 of us on this walk Me, greta and Gert. I done a simular walk a few years ago with brian and mary. the diffrence was that we started just north of tyndrum and ended up going over the " Beallach" Betrween Beinn Dorain and beinn an dothaidh.the path winds through the Beatifull glen.We were lucky that the water level was not any higher as we had at least 10 fords to cross each for was the same river and worth noting to check the water levels for future plans, a good idea would be to go by the first Ford if that is deep then the rest will be.The views were amazing. we never went as far as loch lyon but we decided to climb up and over the "beallach" it was very hard going we never found a path until we reached the top, a lot of peat bog and a bit boggy.the walk down from The top down to Bridge of Orchy can be very peat boggy and slippy in wet conditions.We arrived back at 5:30pm. needing a well deserved pint
