The Dundee Walker Website

The bus dropped most of the walkers off at Tyndrum., but leo and I decided to stay on and do a walk in Glencoe.

We were dropped off at the cairn at the start of Lairig Eilde our intention was to walk around the beauchaille Etive beag via Lairig Gartain and then onto The kings house via generals wade road and part of the West highland way. We were hampered by extreme bad weather and rising rivers to cross , once we reached the Bealach we decided that time was getting short and we should return the way we came and pick up the path down to the Hotel. distance we covered was about 10.5 miles.

Overall it was an eventfull day not only for us but for the other walkers as well.
