Route: Inversnaid , Loch Lomond
Took it easy and opted to go for a boat ride to Inveruglas, and a walk up to Loch Sloy dam.I am awaiting an Operation on my foot which is stopping me from going doing my usual hillwalking, hopefully I will hear word soon and get back on the hill.

The weather turned nasty with winds over 60mph so headed back early to await the rest of the walkers over in the Inversnaid Hotel.Some of the others walked up Ben Lomond they had the worse conditions they had seen for years , some of them getting blown off their feet. Funny

Story I got dropped off at Inversnaid and there was a Boat waiting in the dock I boarded her , I got some funny looks as we sailed over to the other side of the loch.
when we Arrived I summoned the Ferryman to give him his money, he looked at me in amazemnent and said " This is Not the ferry the ferry does not start until a fortnights time. a horrible thought as i asked him HOW AM I GOING TO GET BACK. he shrugged then said ok give me a phone on my mobile and i will come and collect you.
I did not veture far from the Jetty for fear of not getting back but true to his word he came back and I would like to say a big thanks! It could only happen to me!
