Ben Nevis

Follow the tourist route from the car park.
On the day we climbed ben nevis it was very wet. I fell about 1100 meters up, the path is layered with scree and rock all the way so concentration is of the must, especially coming back down.
When I woke up next morning my knee was double the size I attended the A&E dept of my local hospital they found that I had torn the ligament on my inside of my knee
